eOne a finalisé divers accords pour le nouveau thriller de David Cronenberg, Maps to the Stars, dans lesquels vont jouer Mia Wasikowska, Julianne Moore, Robert Pattinson et John Cusack.

Des accords ont été signés avec le Benelux (Cineart), la Polande (Monolith), la Scandinavie (Mis Label), l'Iceland (Gmight), la Suisse (PatheAG), le Portugal (Lusomundo), la Turquie (Calinos), Israel (Shani), la Gréce (Hollywood) et l'ancienne Yougoslavie (Discovery).

Des accords seront conclus rapidement pour les pays de l'est, le Moyen Orient, le Brésil, la Mexique, le Péru ,Hong Kong et l'Inde.

La production doit démarrer le 8 juillet à Toronto et à Los Angeles pour cette histoire de fantôme qui offrira aussi un commentaire sur la culture de la célébrité à Los Angeles. Bruce Wagner a écrit le script.

eOne distribuera directement le film aux USA, Canada, Royaume Uni, Australie et Nouvelle Zélande.

eOne et Prospero Pictures financeront conjointement le film et Katz le produira avec la compagnie SBS Productions de Saïd Ben Saïd.

eOne has closed multiple deals on David Cronenberg’s new thriller Maps to the Stars, starring Mia Wasikowska, Julianne Moore, Robert Pattinson and John Cusack.
Deals have closed with Benelux (Cineart), Poland (Monolith), Scandinavia (Mis Label), Iceland (Gmight), Switzerland (PatheAG), Portugal (Lusomundo), Turkey (Calinos), Israel (Shani), Greece (Hollywood) and Former Yugoslavia (Discovery).
Deals are set to close shortly for C.I.S., Middle East, Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Hong Kong and India.
Production is scheduled to kick off on July 8 in Toronto and Los Angeles on the ghost story that also doubles as a commentary on celebrity culture in Los Angeles. Bruce Wagner wrote the screenplay.
eOne will directly distribute the film in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
eOne and Prospero Pictures are co-financing and Katz produces with SBS Productions’ Saïd Ben Saïd.
